At Prime EV Repair & Spares Hub, we strive to provide quality-checked OEM electric vehicle spare parts. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless required by applicable law.

Returns

Due to the nature of used automotive and electric vehicle spare parts, we do not accept returns for:

• Wrong part ordered by the customer

• Change of mind

• Compatibility issues

• Improper installation

• Physical damage after delivery

• Parts that have been opened, modified, repaired, or tampered with

All products are sold on an exchange-only basis if approved under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

Products may be eligible for exchange only if:

• The wrong item was shipped by Prime EV Repair & Spares Hub.

• The item was damaged during shipping.

• The item is non-functional upon delivery and verified by our technical team.

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Request Requirements

To request an exchange, customers must provide:

• Order Number

• Product Photos

• Detailed Description of the Issue

• Mandatory Unboxing Video

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may be rejected.

The unboxing video must clearly show:

• Sealed package condition

• Shipping label

• Product unpacking process

• Product condition upon opening

Used Spare Parts Disclaimer

Most products sold on this website are pre-owned OEM spare parts that have been professionally inspected and tested before dispatch.

Minor cosmetic marks, scratches, discoloration, or signs of previous use are normal and do not qualify for exchange.

Installation Requirement

The following components must be installed only by qualified EV technicians:

• Motor Controllers (MCU)

• Vehicle Control Units (VCU)

• Battery Management Systems (BMS)

• HMI / Dashboard Units

• Chargers

• Wiring Harnesses

• Electronic Modules

Damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation

• Reverse polarity

• Short circuits

• Improper handling

• Unauthorized modifications

7-Day Testing Warranty

All electronic components include a 7-Day Testing Warranty from the date of delivery.

Covered Under Warranty

• Dead on Arrival (DOA) products

• Functional defects verified by our technical team

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Water damage

• Physical damage

• Burnt components

• Reverse polarity damage

• Incorrect installation

• Tampered or opened products

• Modified products

• Damage caused by external factors

Prime EV Repair & Spares Hub reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before approval.

Shipping Costs

If an exchange is approved due to our error, we will bear the replacement shipping cost.

For all other approved exchange cases, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing used OEM electric vehicle spare parts.

• Product compatibility is your responsibility.

• No refunds will be provided.

• Exchanges are subject to approval and verification.

• A mandatory unboxing video is required for any damage or exchange claim.

• Electronic products are covered by a limited 7-day testing warranty only.
