All products are sold on an exchange-only basis if approved under the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
Products may be eligible for exchange only if:

The item was damaged during shipping.

The item is non-functional upon delivery and verified by our technical team.
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Minor cosmetic marks, scratches, discoloration, or signs of previous use are normal and do not qualify for exchange.

7-Day Testing Warranty
All electronic components include a 7-Day Testing Warranty from the date of delivery.

Shipping Costs
If an exchange is approved due to our error, we will bear the replacement shipping cost.
For all other approved exchange cases, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
